Before you ship
- ☐ Project and app created in FeedJar
- ☐ Staging and production API keys generated
- ☐ SDK integrated on target platform(s)
- ☐ Feedback entry point visible in Settings/Help
- ☐ Support type requires valid email
- ☐ Test submission received in dashboard
Launch week
- ☐ Team knows who triages daily vs weekly
- ☐ Email notifications enabled for new feedback
- ☐ Public board link shared with beta users (optional)
- ☐ Analytics event fired on feedback_open (optional)
After 30 days
- ☐ Review top 10 themes and tag recurring issues
- ☐ Ship at least one user-requested improvement
- ☐ Adjust prompt timing if completion rate is low
