Dashboard guide

The FeedJar dashboard is built around three concepts: projects, apps, and feedback.

Projects

A project usually maps to a product. Each project can host multiple apps across platforms (iOS, Android, Web, RN, Flutter).

Apps

An app is a platform-specific install of your product. Each app has its own API keys. Use a separate app per platform — that lets you filter feedback by source.

API keys

Generate keys per app. Use one key per environment (e.g. development vs production) so you can revoke them independently. The plaintext key is shown only once at creation.

Feedback view

The feedback view is consolidated across all your apps inside a project. Filter by:

• Type: feedback, feature, support, crash.
• App or platform.
